At normal times of service postage & packing is FREE on orders of £75 and above within mainland UK & Northern Ireland. A charge of £3.95 is added to all orders under £75 within mainland UK & Northern Ireland. For overseas orders, postage will be charged according to standard Parcel Force charges for that destination. Large and heavy items may incur an additional cost of which you will be notified prior to despatch.
Serious About Sport use Business Post & Royal Mail as our couriers. Delivery from both should be 48 hours from collection of goods from us (please allow up to seven working days from ordering, for the receipt of your goods - we will endeavour to contact you should there be a delay). Please note that Business Post deliver from Monday to Friday.
Should you wish to exchange an item, we will charge postage to send your exchanged item, even if the item is over £75 and you were not charged postage in the first instance. Serious About Sport will not charge you postage for an exchanged item that is replacing an item we sent to you by mistake.
All goods sold are subject to availability.
We can only accept cheques from UK residents. Personal cheques must clear before despatch of goods.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
> in the event that the product has been used
> where the products are magazines or newspapers
> to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
